Celebrities are pressured to look good in person and in front of the camera. It cannot be avoided  that they also get fat specially when they don’t control their diet. Most of them go through strict diets such as what Bea Alonzo did before her movie, And I Love You So. She was preparing to look slim and sexy in this movie to somewhat build a new image of her. Sometimes they do things such as taking appetite suppressant just to control their love for eating. There is nothing wrong with this as long as you prioritize your health more than your look.
